The eAuthorize 5.0 plug-in extends the functionality of FileMaker Pro by providing a method to process credit card transactions and electronic checks directly from your FileMaker Solution. eAuthorize 5.0 connects to your online payment gateway to process your payments instantly and securely.

Direct integration of your payment processing provides a significant advantage when designing a FileMaker Pro solution that must handle payments, sales, inventory, order fulfillment, etc. With eAuthorize 5.0 you can pass the customer's payment information to the payment gateway and receive an immediate authorization response. This response will indicate if the transaction was accepted or declined.

As a result, a FileMaker Pro solution with the eAuthorize 5.0 plug-in can be designed to act according to the responses from the real-time transactions. With the push of a button, an order can automatically go into processing the moment after payment is taken.

The eAuthorize 5.0 plug-in is designed specifically to function in FileMaker Pro. Our eAuthorize Advanced plug-in, however, has been constructed to work with the new web publishing capabilities of FileMaker Server Advanced.

Currently, eAuthorize 5.0 is capable of sending transactions to the Authorize.net (card-present and card-not-present merchant accounts), PayPal/VeriSign, PayPoint.Net/SECpay, and Sage payment gateways.
